DESCRIPTION:<p>The 227th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to 
 be organized from 29/05/2026 to 31/05/2026 by the Guam Chess Federation\,<
 span class='fontstyle0'> under the auspices of FIDE. </span></p>\n<p>The L
 ecturer will be IA Bunawan\, Bong (INA)\, FIDE Lecturer\, and the Local As
 sistant Lecturer will IA Jamie Kenmure (AUS).</p>\n<p>The language of the 
 Seminar will be English.</p>\n<p>The Seminar will give norms and titles of
  FIDE Arbiter\, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.</
