DESCRIPTION:<p>The 171st Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to 
 be organized from 25/10/2024 to 27/10/2024 by the Asian Chess Federation\,
 <span class='fontstyle0'> under the auspices of FIDE. </span></p>\n<p>The 
 Lecturer will be IA/IO Abudno\, Casto (PHI)\, FIDE Lecturer\, and the Assi
 stant Lecturer will be IA Pahlevanzadeh\, Mehrdad (IRI).</p>\n<p>The langu
 age of the Seminar will be English.</p>\n<p>The Seminar will give norms an
 d titles of FIDE Arbiter\, according to the Regulations for the titles of
