DESCRIPTION:<p>The FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 08/
 10/2024 to 13/10/2024 in Banja Luka\, Bosnia and Herzegovina\, by the Ches
 s Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Chess Club “Gambit” Banja Luka\
 , under the auspices of FIDE.<br />\nThe seminar will start with 4 online 
 sessions (08-11 October) followed by a weekend seminar on site (12-13 Octo
 ber). The venue of the Seminar is the Chess Club “Gambit”\, Banja Luka.<br
  />\nThe Lecturer will be IA Suhartovic\, Branislav (SRB)\, FIDE Lecturer 
 and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Bojovic\, Zoran (SRB)\, FIDE Lecturer\, 
 and Local Assistant Lecturer will be IA Sipka\, Nemanja (BIH).<br />\nThe 
 language of the Seminar will be English with translation in Serbian.<br />
 \nThe Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter\, according to th
